Brittany Bay Gourmet Potatoes, Peppers and Onions featuring Brittany Bay Gourmet Vinaigrette

Serves 4

 2 cups diced cooked potatoes

½ cup chopped red or yellow onion

½ - 1 cup chopped red or yellow peppers

¼ cup Brittany Bay Gourmet Vinaigrette

 

Warm the Brittany Bay Vinaigrette in a large skillet until warm. Add the remaining ingredients and sauté until the potatoes are glazed and just beginning to turn golden.
